The Industry Leading Biotechnology Startup

Global Compliance Group (GCG), is a professional GxP compliance and consulting organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area. GCG is dedicated to helping regulated life sciences companies succeed.  Our experienced consultants specialize in current industry practices and have the ingenuity to address tomorrow’s challenges. Our “hands-on” experience with FDA regulators allows us to continuously update and maintain our knowledge base with the latest regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and inspectional trends to help our clients stay ahead. Our goal is to keep our clients at the top of their industry.  After all, our success is determined by the success of our clients.

Global Compliance Group knows that each company has different needs and may also have different approaches to establishing and maintaining a high level of quality. GCG convenes with the Client at an early stage in the decision-making process so that establishment of the requirements and objectives are clear. As a result, efficiency and quality are built into each project from the project’s inception. As the Client needs change, our team is innovative and has the flexibility to adjust to any scope of work. Global Compliance Group consultants are a network of skilled problem solvers with broad experience across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical device businesses that only have the success of the company in mind.

Global Compliance Group retains the ability to manage large and small compliance projects that may have a broad range of GxP systems. Our team can present various levels of experience to the Client, depending on the particular need (from Junior Level Consultant to Senior Level Consultant and/or Project Manager/Director Level Consultant).

Todd Wierzbowski

Founder and President

Global Compliance Group Founder and President, Todd Wierzbowski, began his career in compliance where many post-graduates find themselves working: in the laboratory. The Quality Control Microbiology lab was a natural and logical progression from his degree in Microbiology. As he acquired his experience in environmental monitoring and general laboratory principles as they pertained to FDA compliance, Todd knew that he was building a solid background in the concepts and values that would propel him to being a valuable resource in today’s ever-changing Biotechnology/Pharma/Medical Device industries.

Over 20 years later, Todd translated the experience he acquired in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Validation into developing a well-respected and diverse fast-growing compliance firm. During his experience at various international companies at project locations in the California Bay Area and throughout the West Coast, Todd has developed many valuable relationships with seasoned and knowledgeable resources in the industry. Focusing on the goal of keeping the client at the top of their industry, Todd brought in only the most proven and experienced personnel to fulfill this goal. As a result, Global Compliance Group, is a GxP compliance and consulting organization that has experienced consultants (at various experience levels) that specialize in manufacturing systems & equipment design, installation & startup, commissioning, verification/qualification, computerized systems validation, process validation, cleaning validation, auditing, assessments, and remediation.

After being involved in successful audits and “hands-on” experience with FDA regulators, Todd applied this knowledge to educating Global Compliance Group resources such that GCG also offers GxP compliance and audit services related to regulatory inspection prep and inspectional finding remediation as well as general project management support.  This “hands-on” experience during FDA inspections allows Global Compliance Group to continuously update and maintain their knowledge base with the latest regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and inspectional trends to help our clients stay ahead.
